Some SCS Access Offerings for March to June

Some things OLD and some things NEW for the 3rd Trimester!

Although space is still a bit tight due to our ongoing renovation, we are continuing to try to develop our SCS Access program providing students and community with opportunities for afterschool and evening learning at SCS.    Sue Schaefer has been instrumental in developing this over the past couple years and if you have questions or are interested in sharing your skills, talents or interests you can reach out to her at  

Here are the latest opportunities for the next few months:

Rick Frauton is once again offering guitar lessons on Fridays from 3:00 until 3:45 for 3rd – 5th grade students and 3:45 until 4:30 for 6th – 8th grade students.  A parent comment about this class:  “....really enjoyed the lessons with Rick and we would definitely recommend him to other interested families.

French Club:  Eveleyne Shellito has a very limited # of openings,
Filled on a first come/first served basis.

      3.  Green Mountain Cloggers:  Use the feet to make the beat!:
This is a new class taught by clogger Pamela Lord for 4th through 8th grade students.
Class will be held on Thursdays from 3 until 4:15.  $8 per class on this one for a total
of 11 weeks.

     4.  The Fiadhnait Moser School of Dance
These are new classes in contemporary, jazz and Irish dance offering a variety of
opportunities for all age groups.
