A New Leadership Team Arrives at SCS

Today, with Independence Day now behind us, the new leadership team of the Shelburne Community School began getting situated at SCS.  The new team is made up of Scott Sivo (Lead Principal 5-8), Alison Bancroft (Co-Principal PK-4), and Peggy-Sue Van Nostrand (Director of Special Education).

Each of us would like to thank the entire SCS and CVSD community for being so warm and welcoming over the recent weeks and months, as we have begun our transition to this amazing school community. As we begin our SCS journey, we look forward to meeting an ever growing number of students, staff, parents, and community members.

Work is already under way to plan for the opening of the 2017-2018 school year.  We will continue to utilize the blog and social media to provide updates and information throughout the month of July.  Obviously, as we head into the month of August, our communication will increase in all formats, as we barrel toward the start of school.

As questions or concerns arise during the summer, please feel free to contact the appropriate administrator with your questions or concerns.

Scott Sivo (Grades 5-8)                                             383-1121

Alison Bancroft (Grades PK-4)                           383-1103

We look forward to welcoming all students and their families back to SCS after a joyful and restful summer break.
