Each month of the school year, there will be an All School Read. This initiative is brought to SCS by its Diversity & Inclusion Committee, with the help of the SCS PTO.
In September, the entire school read "All Are Welcome" by Alexandra Penfold and Suzanne Kaufman. If you haven't heard already, be sure to ask your child about their Mix-It-Up group gathering last Friday, September 21st. It was a great success, where students were engaged in enrichment extension activities directly aligned with the book!

During the month of October, we will be reading "I Am Human" by Susan Verde. We can't wait to see what activities the students come up with as an accompaniment to this read!
