So much fun at the Vermont Harvest of the Month kale taste test yesterday! An Alpha crew helped make the kale cheddar salad and lemon dressing, and the new voting system was a hit! While we leave it up to you to guess if more kids liked the salad or not, we were super impressed by how many kids gave it a try. Superfood for super kids!
